Vantage Tree Services is the Yarra Valley’s go-to Arborist for all things tree, they specialise in high-risk tree removal pruning, mulching, and stump grinding.
Vantage has over a decade of industry experience working on government projects, commercial contracting, and residential properties, their team is fully committed to providing people with greener and safer outdoor spaces.
THEIR CHALLENGE:
Having recently left the commercial side and entered the residential side of arboriculture, there was legitimate concerns about the future of the company.
Vantage was now forced to find work for themselves, concerns soon arose about where their work was coming from and how long referrals could keep them in business, so Vantage was looking to deviate from their heavy reliance on referrals and towards a more sustainable business model.
OUR STRATEGY:
The campaign’s top priority was to remove the huge weight of job sustainability from Vantage’s shoulders, so that Alex could focus on his craft and moving Vantage to a place where he can spend more time on the business & employee side of things.
At JMP we were looking to provide a 33% increase in jobs over a 2 month period, while this number doesn’t sound like much, a 33% increase in jobs that take up to a full day and cost up to 5 figures is a substantial increase in overall work and revenue.
The second objective was then to provide a consistent stream of work to provide Vantage with some momentum in the local market.
