OUR CLIENT: 

Return To Performance Physiotherapy is a growing physiotherapy business located in Epsom Victoria, founded in 2021 and a sub branch of The Human Mechanics High Performance Academy.

RTP Physiotherapy brings a holistic approach to every patient no matter what they're treating, they specialise in sports injuries, work injuries, or post surgical issues.

THEIR CHALLENGE:

RTP Physiotherapy was stuck working at 50% capacity and looking to scale their business and fill in the multiple unbooked hours each day.

In an attempt to grow organically they had an eye grabbing 8m sign placed outside of their building as well as multiple first-visit-offers being listed inside of The Human Mechanics High Performance Academy gyms, but both approaches saw little success.

Paid advertising had been tried but due to the smaller population around Epsom, the Cost Per Lead was way out of hand and unaffordable.

OUR STRATEGY:

The campaign’s first objective was to figure out what had gone wrong with past marketing campaigns, the second and main objective was to inject consistent flow of leads into their business to build some brand recognition amongst the local populace and increase booked appointments.

The strategic approach included:

  1. A review of past marketing campaigns and their results.

  2. A META ad retargeting protocol to clear the ad pixel of corrupt data from failed campaigns.

  3. Ad copy tailored to the desired audience.

  4. Market specific ad targeting.

  5. Lead appointment setting after the initial month.
